Would you like to buy a phone card without using a credit card?  Russia Call offers you an option to pay for your calling card purchases without exposing your credit card and any other bank account details.

Rest assured that your credit card information is secure when making phone card purchases.  In fact, we have no access to your credit card information at all as it is handled by a third party payment system, namely Verisign. You can read more about payment security.

If for some reason you still would like to avoid using a credit card when making a phone card purchase Russia Call will gladly accept your payment via PayPal.

PayPal simply processes the payment and notifies us that it has been made.  Also with PayPal you can use your bank account, so even if you do not have a credit card you can still purchase a phone card.
